Give An Award
Use this guide to recognize a contribution with an illustrated Award and choose how much emphasis to give it. You can Award supported content, a message in public space chat, another participant in an active activity meeting, or a whiteboard.
Give A Medal
Give a Medal when another member has made a meaningful contribution that deserves lasting recognition from a space. This walkthrough takes you from choosing the recipient and issuing space to verifying that the Medal was accepted.
Medals
Medals are Visual Space's rare form of recognition for contributions that deserve to be remembered. A Medal is given on behalf of a space, carries a personal reason, and becomes a lasting certificate for the recipient. For the broader recognition picture, including everyday Awards, start with [Rewards](rewards.md).
Rewards Guide
Rewards helps people choose the right kind of recognition: illustrated Awards for everyday contributions, or rare Medals for lasting impact recognized by a space. Start with the full overview, explore either recognition type, or follow a complete giving and review journey.
Awards
Awards turn a quick thank-you into illustrated, visible recognition. Each Award carries a style, a quantity, and the identity of the person who gave it, so appreciation stays connected to the contribution that inspired it. Unlike a reaction, an Award uses part of your spendable balance. That makes it useful when a post, idea, message, or live contribution deserves a stronger signal. Awards are designed for everyday appreciation; [Medals](medals.md) are the rarer, lasting form of recognition.
Report A Post Or Article
Use this guide to send a clear, private concern about a post or loaded article for review. Reporting asks someone with the right space access to examine the content against a selected rule. **It does not automatically hide or remove the content.**
Reporting Content
Reporting helps members raise a rule concern without having to decide the outcome themselves. A report is a **private request for review**, not a public accusation and not an automatic verdict against the content or its author.
Reports Guide
Reports helps members raise rule concerns privately and gives authorized space reviewers a focused way to decide what should happen next. Use this manual to understand the reporting boundary, submit a useful concern, or review reported posts in context.
Review And Resolve A Reported Post
This walkthrough takes a reported post from the new queue to a verified decision in resolved history. Use it when you are responsible for reviewing reports in a particular space and want to preserve a clear record for other authorized reviewers.
Report Review
Reviewing a report is a case-by-case decision about one concern and the post it refers to. The Reports area keeps the rule, the reporter's explanation, and the post together so authorized reviewers can make a considered decision instead of reacting to a count alone. This area is for space owners and members whose role gives them access to **Reports**. Ordinary members can [report content](../reporting-content.md), but they do not have access to the space's review queue.
Administration Guide
Reports administration helps authorized space reviewers assess concerns carefully while keeping report details inside the space's moderation workflow. These pages cover customer-facing, space-scoped post review only.
Find And Explore Contributors
Use this guide to open the full contributor ranking for the community you mean to explore, understand the two levels of results, and continue to a person or highlighted goal. For background on what the list represents, see [Rankings](../rankings.md) and [Top Contributors](../top-contributors.md).
Top Contributors
Top Contributors expands a scoped ranking into a place to discover the people behind a space. It highlights leading contributors, introduces more members beyond the first three, and gives you profile context for deciding whose work you want to explore next. The ranking belongs to the space, subspace, or activity you are viewing; it is not a platform-wide reputation score. For the broader purpose and boundaries of contributor ranking, see [Rankings](rankings.md).
Rankings Guide
Rankings helps you discover the people making a visible difference in a space or one of its supported areas. Use this guide to understand what a contributor position means, explore the full list, or continue to a person's profile and public work.
View Later
View Later gives signed-in users one personal place to keep useful work from across Visual Space and return when the timing is better. It is part of the private side of [Profiles](profiles.md): saving an item does not add it to your public profile, move it, edit it, or republish it.
View And Give Profile Medals
Use this guide to understand the Medal recognition on another member's profile, inspect a saved certificate, and give a Medal when their contribution deserves a lasting record. **Awards and Medals mark different moments.** Awards are quick item-level appreciation. Medals are rare lasting recognition of a person, backed by an issuing space and preserved in a certificate. For the wider recognition model, read [Profile Recognition](../profile-recognition.md).
Save And Return To Content
Use this guide to set aside useful content, find it again from your personal saved list, and remove the reminder when you are finished. View Later works with supported posts, articles, documents, files, folders, events, and goals. For the feature’s scope and privacy boundaries, read [View Later](../view-later.md).
Review And Unblock People
Use this guide to review the people you blocked from Direct Messages and remove a block when you are ready. The list belongs to your signed-in account and is separate from notification preferences.
Request A Password Change
Use this guide when you know your current account email and want to replace your Visual Space password. You will request a secure link from Account Settings, complete the change from that email, and confirm it at a future sign-in.
Build Your Public Profile
Use this guide to turn a basic profile into a clear public introduction, then check the result as another visitor would see it. You will update the visible text, avatar, banner, and skills on your own profile page.
Public Profiles
A public profile is your durable introduction in Visual Space. It gives visitors one place to understand who you are, what you work on, and which of your posts you have published. When you open your own profile while signed in, the same page becomes a lightweight editing surface.
Profile Recognition
Medals let a space recognize a member whose contribution deserves to remain part of their story. They appear with the member’s profile, carry the context of the space that issued them, and open as certificates that explain what was recognized. **Medals are rare lasting recognition.** They are not purchased, collected as a spendable balance, or used as ordinary reactions. A space grants them thoughtfully when a contribution, skill, or positive impact deserves a durable acknowledgement.
Profiles Guide
Profiles brings your public identity, published work, saved content, recognition, and private account controls into one connected personal home. Use this guide to understand what other people can see, shape your profile, return to useful work, or manage your account safely.
Account Settings
Account Settings is the private navigation home for choices tied to your signed-in account. It brings preferences, safety, security, recognition history, and paid access into one place, even when those subjects have their own dedicated pages elsewhere in Visual Space. **It is not the profile editor.** Change your display name, job title, tagline, biography, skills, avatar, and banner on your own profile page. [Public Profiles](public-profiles.md) explains what other people can see and how owners
Manage Or Cancel Subscriptions
Use `Manage Subscription` to review recurring paid access, prepare a change, or continue to the platform that owns a cancellation. By the end of this guide, you will know what contributes to the monthly estimate, which access or Boosts may end, and how to verify the result.
Choose And Buy Paid Access
Use this guide to compare paid options on `Premium`, complete a purchase, and check that the right benefit reached your account. Visual Space offers four product families, so the best choice depends on whether you want an account membership, access to creative or engineering apps, more capacity for a space, or more Awards to give.
Assign Or Move A Space Boost
Use this guide to place an available Space Boost where it will help, move an active Boost as projects change, or return it to your unassigned inventory. The result is a space-wide capacity change without changing who can enter the space or what its members are allowed to do.
Space Boosts
Space Boosts let you direct extra capacity to the spaces that need it. A Boost belongs to you when you buy it or receive it through an eligible subscription. It does not change any space until you assign it. That separation is useful when you work across several spaces. You can keep a Boost available, give it to one joined space, or move it as your projects change. Once assigned, **the benefit belongs to the chosen space in practice**: everyone uploading there uses the improved space limit, not
Payments
Payments brings Visual Space's paid choices into one place without turning them into one all-or-nothing plan. You can choose an Abo for your account, add access to the apps you use, assign a Boost to a space that needs more capacity, or top up the Awards you spend on appreciation. The important distinction is **where each benefit applies**. Abos and app access belong to you. A Boost belongs to you until you assign it, then improves the chosen space for everyone working there. Awards form a perso
Managing Paid Access
`Manage Subscription` brings your current recurring paid access and Space Boost inventory into one account view. Use it to understand what is active, where a Boost is helping, and which monthly products contribute to the estimate before you make a change. The page is **not a billing history, receipt list, or invoice**. Final charges, taxes, receipts, and cancellation controls belong to the platform where each purchase was made.
Payments Guide
Payments helps you choose an Abo, unlock creative or engineering apps, add capacity to a space, and top up the Awards you use for appreciation. Start with the overview, compare the product family that matches your goal, or follow a complete purchase and management walkthrough.
Award Top Ups
Award top-ups add more spendable Awards without changing your Abo. Awards are quick, visible appreciation for useful items and contributions across Visual Space, while a top-up is a one-time purchase rather than a monthly subscription.
App Access
App access lets you add a creative or engineering workspace without changing your Visual Space Abo. Choose a pack when you use several related apps, or subscribe to one standalone app when your work is more focused. The key distinction is **access versus visibility**. Paid app access unlocks supported creation and editing. It does not replace membership, ownership, privacy, or role permissions in a space. People without the app subscription can still view shared app work where normal space permi
Abos
An Abo is your monthly platform role in Visual Space. It sets whether you use the Free participation baseline, support the platform as a Contributor, or unlock eligible organizing workflows as a Coordinator. Choosing an Abo is about **how you participate across Visual Space**, not about buying entry to a particular space. Membership, private areas, ownership, and role permissions still decide where you can go and what you can do.
Review And Open Notifications
Use this guide when you want to catch up on important activity and return to the work behind each notice. You will open the global Notification Center, identify what arrived since your last check, and confirm that the rows you choose lead to the expected destination.
Manage Notification Preferences
Use this guide to set a calm notification baseline for your account, then make one joined space, subspace, or activity behave differently. You will finish with a global choice that applies across Visual Space and, when useful, one clearly visible area exception.
Notifications
Notifications give signed-in users one calm place to review important activity across Visual Space. The center favors updates that help you act or understand what changed, then takes you straight back to the relevant work. It is **not a second inbox for every event**. Chat, Direct Messages, and update indicators on joined spaces or activities keep their own attention signals. This separation lets the notification center remain useful without repeating every message or local update.
Notification Preferences
Notification preferences let you decide which kinds of updates may enter your personal [notification center](notifications.md). They belong to your account, so you can keep one calm default across Visual Space and make focused exceptions for the places that need more or less attention.
Notification Center
The Notification Center gives signed-in users one low-noise place to catch important activity and return to the work behind it. It brings together selected content, space, recognition, engagement, role, and Visual Space notices without replacing the unread indicators that belong to chats and direct messages.
Notifications Guide
Notifications keeps important activity in one calm in-app center while leaving conversation unread signals with Chat and Direct Messages. Use this guide to understand the center, choose what may reach it, or follow a complete catch-up and preference-setting journey.
Start And Join Meetings
Use this walkthrough to enter an ad-hoc meeting from an activity or a direct-message conversation, confirm that you are connected, and leave without confusing the meeting stage with the call itself. The entry point changes with the conversation, but the rest of the meeting experience is shared. Follow the preparation first, take the activity or direct-message branch, then continue with the common checkpoints.
Share Your Screen And Choose A View
Use this walkthrough when you want to present a display or application window, confirm that the meeting received it, and arrange the stage around the content. You will also learn how to move between several simultaneous shares, replace your source, and stop presenting without leaving the call.
Keep Working During A Meeting
Use this walkthrough when you want to stay in a meeting while reading, editing, or moving elsewhere in Visual Space. You will open the full stage once, keep a useful feed nearby in picture-in-picture, and return to the stage without starting or joining the call again. **Closing the stage and leaving the meeting are different actions.** The stage close control returns you to the workspace while the call continues. The red `Leave meeting` control disconnects you, removes the stage or picture-in-pi
Invite And Manage The Room
Use this walkthrough to bring eligible people into an active meeting, respond to an invitation, take part without interrupting, and verify what changed in the room. The final section is reserved for space owners and members with chat-management permission because muting or removing another person is **room moderation**, not ordinary participation.
Collaborate With Live Apps
Live apps let an activity meeting work with Visual Space content as a shared, selectable feed. This walkthrough takes you from opening `Live Apps` through choosing or creating work, arranging it on the stage, switching between active apps, and ending the shared feed cleanly.
Stage And Layouts
The meeting stage gives cameras, shared screens, audio participants, and shared work one flexible place to appear. It sits over the Visual Space workspace you were already using, so changing the meeting view does not discard the activity, conversation, or work underneath it. The important idea is that **the stage arranges feeds, not merely people**. Choose the feed that matters now, then move between an all-room view and a more concentrated view without changing the meeting itself.
