Build a small scene that answers one design question, such as where people enter a courtyard or how seating fits around a meeting area. By the end, you will have named objects, a useful view and a saved document you can reopen.
You need to be signed in and have access to the space area where you are creating the scene. The new scene's author can edit it; other eligible members can view it.
Establish The Layout
Make The Scene Understandable
Select objects in the scene or through Structure. Give important objects short, recognizable labels, then group items that form one useful unit, such as a seating arrangement.
Save And Return
Use Retry / save scene from the editor menu if needed, and wait for the saved status. Reopen the document from Stage and confirm that the title, objects and layout are present.
If the scene reports a pending upload, conflict or recovery state, resolve that state before treating the work as saved. Saving and review explains the available choices.
You now have a scene that is small enough to revise and clear enough to discuss. Continue with a room and its openings, a landscape, or a saved camera according to the next decision you need to make.
