Abos - Free covers everyday participation, while Contributor and Coordinator add monthly Awards and assignable storage, and Coordinator unlocks planning, meetings, and collaborative apps.
App packages - Designer Pack groups Whiteboard, Canvas and Poly while Engineer Pack groups Blueprints, Layouts and Poly, with supported apps also available separately.
Boosts - Storage and upload Boosts benefit an assigned space and can be moved between joined spaces when needed.
Award packs - One-time packs add 5, 10, or 20 permanent Awards that remain available until used.
Space rules still apply - Paid access unlocks eligible tools but never replaces membership, privacy, ownership, or role permissions.

Awards And Medals

Everyday Awards - Awards are spendable thanks for published work, public messages, meeting contributions, or whiteboard items. Space owners and members with Add awards permission give them from personal balances in areas they can access.
Lasting Medals - Medals honor wider contributions with a certificate and message, making them lasting recognition rather than quick reactions. Space owners and members with Give medals permission grant them for eligible joined spaces, with a five-per-month limit per space. They cannot be purchased or taken from personal Award balances.

Safety And Moderation

Members report - Members can report a post, choose the relevant Visual Space or community rule, add context, and receive a private confirmation.
Space owners review - Space owners can see new and resolved reports for their own space, including pending reports beside the affected post.
Authorized moderators - Permitted reviewers can inspect the case, add notes, and approve it without removal, remove the post, or mark it as spam.
Current coverage - Posts have the complete reporting and review journey in this release, while other content types do not yet have the same coverage. The reporting and moderation release details explain how a report begins.
