Polls turn article-backed questions into quick shared decisions. Readers can vote where they discover a poll, while meeting participants can bring the same poll onto the stage.

Create And Publish
•
Article-based polls - Authors can turn an article summary topic into a poll and publish it with the surrounding article context. The create and vote in a poll walkthrough starts with the corresponding draft.
•
Flexible choices - New polls begin with two choices. Authors can rename them, add more, or remove extras while keeping at least two.
•
Draft type switching - Authors can try another summary type and return to their draft poll without losing its choices.
•
Question context - Authors state the question in the article title or surrounding text, while the poll card presents the available choices.
•
Editing live choices - Editing a poll's choices clears its existing votes, so authors should settle the options before inviting responses.
Vote And See Results
•
Vote where you read - Signed-in members can vote from the feed card or full article when they can access the area and have permission to react.
•
Single choice - Readers choose one option. After voting, the card shows results without controls to change or remove that vote.
•
Readable results - After voting, readers see the total, percentage bars, and a highlight on their selected choice.
•
Visible participants - Polls are not anonymous. Results can show a preview of up to six voters for each choice.
•
Fresh totals - Results update after a vote, and readers can refresh them when they want the latest count.
Browse And Meet Around Polls
•
Polls browser - The refreshed Polls app brings folders and poll articles into the same document browser used across creative workspaces.
•
Area navigation - Readers can switch between the space root, subspaces, and activities from the desktop sidebar to find relevant polls.
•
Personal collection - The personal space offers a My Polls root for browsing its poll articles.
The author's view keeps the poll choices within the full article.
•
Full article context - Opening a poll shows its complete article, where readers can vote, react, and join the related discussion.
•
Meeting polls - Participants can browse existing polls or create a poll draft, then open their selection on the meeting stage.
•
Creation paths - The Polls app is for browsing. Authors create polls in the article editor or through the meeting poll flow.
