Public Profiles

Profile pages - Anyone can open a profile by handle to see a member's public identity, skills, earned medals, and published posts.

Edit your profile - Profile owners can update their name, job title, tagline, and biography directly on their page. Skills, avatars, and banners are editable there too.

Published work - Profile feeds show public posts only, so drafts stay out of other people's profile views.
•
Clear profile states - New members can have a simple profile, while unknown handles lead to a not-found page.
•
People search - User searches can match public names and handles, with compact identity details that help members find the right person.
Medals And Recognition

Earned medals - Profiles showcase a member's earned medals with their artwork, issuing space, and the date each medal was received.

Full medal gallery - Visitors can open the complete collection and select a medal to read its original recognition message on a certificate.
•
Give a medal - Signed-in users can recognize another member when they have permission and available medal supply from an eligible space.
View Later

Save useful content - Signed-in users can save posts, articles, documents, folders, events, and goals from their item menus.
•
One saved list - The View Later panel gathers saved items in one place and clearly handles loading and empty states.
•
Open or remove - Users can return to an item's area or remove it from View Later through the saved item's menu.
•
Share into chat - Users can drag a saved item into chat as a link draft, then review and send the message themselves.
•
Document navigation - Saved documents and folders open their documents area without highlighting the exact saved item yet.
Account Settings

Settings in one place - Users can reach preferences, notifications, blocked users, Awards, and Medals from one area. Password security, subscriptions, and account deletion live there too.

Remembered theme - Light and dark theme changes apply immediately and remain available when users return.
•
Notification choices - Users can manage their overall notification preferences alongside exceptions for individual spaces and activities.
•
Blocked users - Users can review and unblock people blocked from direct messages, with clear loading, empty, and recovery states.
•
Password security - Signed-in users can request a time-limited password-reset link and complete the change through their account email.
•
Account deletion limit - The deletion screen includes a confirmation, but final account erasure is not available in this release.
