Reporting gives members a simple way to flag concerns and helps each space handle them with the right context.
Report Content
•
Posts and articles - Members can open the report form from a post or a loaded article menu.
•
Choose a rule - Members select a Visual Space rule or a general option for breaking the current space's rules.
•
Check the rules - Links in the report form open platform rules or the space's public rules before members decide what to report.
•
Add context - An optional note lets members share details that may help reviewers understand the concern.
•
Quiet confirmation - Members receive confirmation after submitting, while regular users do not see report markers in the feed.
See Reports In A Space
•
Space report view - Space owners and joined members with Manage Content permission can review new and resolved reports for their space.
•
Reports in context - Space maintainers see pending post reports beside the post, with the surrounding conversation available for context.
•
Grouped concerns - Posts with several pending reports show a count that opens every report for that post.
Review And Resolve
•
Clear case details - Each post report includes the selected rule, its description, the member's note, and the reported post.
•
Review outcomes - Authorized space reviewers can approve a report without changing visibility, remove the post, or mark it as spam.
•
Reversible removal - Remove and Spam hide the post while keeping a separate restoration path for authorized space reviewers.
•
Moderator notes - Reviewers can add a note so later reviewers understand why a decision was made.
•
Resolved decisions - Resolved reports display the saved decision and moderator note without editable controls.
•
Current coverage - Posts have the complete reporting and review journey in this release. Other content types do not yet have the same end-to-end coverage.
Restore Removed Posts
•
Removed posts - A separate tab lists moderation removals in the current space, including posts removed directly from their content menu.
•
Removal context - Each entry shows the post title, removal date, recorded role, and any reason provided.
•
Restore with a note - Eligible reviewers can restore a post and optionally explain why, without changing the report's saved decision.
•
Respect space roles - Moderators can reverse moderator removals. Space admins with moderation permission can also reverse admin removals.
•
Owner decisions - Only the space owner can restore owner removals or older removals without a recorded role.
•
Deletion stays separate - Restoration cannot undo an author's deletion or make content visible while its containing document remains removed.

Campaign attribution can be linked to your newly created account. We do not send page addresses.
Analytics totals are kept for 13 months; general audience identifiers expire within 48 hours. Campaign attribution lasts 30 days. Reopen Cookie preferences at any time to change your choice or turn analytics off.
