Visual Space separates the tools you use personally from the extra capacity you give a space. Abos, app access, Boosts, and Award packs serve different purposes, so start with the result you want rather than choosing the largest offer.

Find the Right Kind of Purchase
Free remains a useful starting point: join spaces, chat, post, read Docs, and view shared work where permissions allow. Paying for access does not make you a space owner or grant permission to private content.
Compare Abos
Contributor is displayed at €5 per month, with 10 monthly Awards and 10 GB of assignable storage. Coordinator is displayed at €12 per month, with 25 monthly Awards, 25 GB of assignable storage, and supported coordination tools such as Goals, Events, Whiteboards, and Retrospectives.
The storage must be assigned before it benefits a space. Monthly Awards renew as an allowance; unused subscription Awards do not build an ever-growing balance.

Browse Apps Without Confusing Previews with Access
The Apps tab groups products into Creative, Engineering, Game Design, and Business. Whiteboard, Canvas, and Poly are each displayed at €5 per month. All app packs currently show Coming Soon, including Designer Pack and Engineer Pack, and cannot be bought from the catalog.
Other unfinished apps are also marked Coming Soon. Some preview cards show an unavailable notice when selected. A price or feature list on a preview is not a promise that checkout or every advertised capability is available.
Apps marked Coming Soon are unavailable to buy, even when a price is displayed.
If your account already has a pack, review its active access in Manage Subscription. Existing access and a product's availability for new purchases are separate questions. App Access explains the current distinction.
Add Capacity Where It Is Needed
The Boosts tab has a shared Light, Pro, and Ultra selector. Each Boost card is a separate monthly purchase; the selector does not create a bundle of all three benefits.
Storage Light adds 5 GB for €5 per month, and File Size Light adds 5 MB of upload headroom for €5 per month. Higher storage and file-size tiers remain previews. AI Credit Boosts offer 150, 800, or 4,500 monthly credits at €5, €20, or €100 respectively, subject to checkout availability.

Buy Once or Review Ongoing Access
Award packs range from 5 Awards for €3 to 100 Awards for €30. They are one-time purchases with a spendable balance, separate from an Abo's monthly Awards. Compare all six sizes in Award Top-ups.
For recurring products, Manage Subscription shows your current plan, active app access, and assigned or available Boosts. Its monthly total is an estimate based on the catalog, not an invoice. Use the original purchase platform for the final charge and subscription changes.
Common Questions
Can I buy an app or Boost while keeping Free?
Yes, when that product is available. A separate purchase does not automatically change your Abo.
Does a paid plan unlock every app?
No. Coordinator includes Whiteboard and Retrospectives, while other paid apps require their matching access. App packs remain unavailable for new purchases.
Why does a purchase action show an unavailable notice?
The product may be a preview, or purchasing may be temporarily unavailable. No checkout has started when the notice replaces it.
