Payments brings Visual Space's paid choices into one place without turning them into one all-or-nothing plan. You can choose an Abo for your account, add access to the apps you use, assign a Boost to a space that needs more capacity, or top up the Awards you spend on appreciation.
The important distinction is where each benefit applies. Abos and app access belong to you. A Boost belongs to you until you assign it, then improves the chosen space for everyone working there. Awards form a personal spendable balance. None of these purchases replaces membership, privacy, ownership, or role permissions inside a space.

For example, a Free user can add a Designer Pack without changing their Abo, while a Coordinator can add engineering-app access for technical work. Choose Access for Your Account
An Abo applies to the user, not to a particular space. The current monthly choices are Free at EUR 0, Contributor at EUR 4.99, and Coordinator at EUR 11.99.
Contributor removes ads and includes 10 Awards per month plus 10 GB of assignable Space Storage Boost. Coordinator is designed for people who organize work: it unlocks eligible Goals, Events, Meetings, Whiteboards, and Retrospectives workflows, removes ads, and includes 25 monthly Awards plus 25 GB of assignable storage. Contributor and Coordinator are alternatives rather than two memberships to stack together.
Platform Roles shows the mutually exclusive Abo choices and the current backend-confirmed Coordinator state.
App subscriptions are separate from the Abo. Designer Pack costs EUR 8.99 per month and includes Whiteboard, Canvas, Poly, and 20 GB of assignable space storage. Engineer Pack costs EUR 11.99 per month and includes Blueprints, Layouts, and Poly. Standalone monthly access is also shown for Whiteboard, Canvas, Blueprints, Layouts, and Poly, so you can choose a focused tool instead of a pack.
Creative app access stays additive: the active Designer Pack includes several apps without replacing the Coordinator Abo.
Paid app access can let you create or edit work in a supported app, but access to the surrounding space still comes first. Someone without the paid app can still view shared app work when the file and its space area are available to them. Conversely, owning an app never reveals a private area or grants a space role.
Visual Space checks active access before checkout and blocks offers whose value is already covered by an Abo, pack, or standalone subscription. If you already pay for a standalone app that a new pack includes, manage that subscription before buying the pack. Designer Pack and Engineer Pack may coexist because each contains distinct apps even though both include Poly.
Assign Benefits to a Space
A Space Boost is different from personal access: you own the available Boost, but the assigned space receives the effect. Assignment is a separate choice after purchase or after a Boost arrives with an eligible Abo or pack. This lets you decide which joined space needs the capacity instead of locking the benefit to wherever you happened to buy it.
Current space-level options include:
An available Boost can be assigned, moved to another joined space, or returned to your available balance. Once assigned, its benefit is space-wide: other members uploading there use the improved space limit too. Normal upload rules and permissions continue to apply, and extra upload headroom does not create extra storage.
If the Abo, app pack, or standalone Boost that supplies the benefit ends, its effect is removed from the assigned space. Space Boosts explains assignment, reassignment, capacity, and the difference between storage and per-file headroom in detail.
Keep Award Top-ups Separate from Monthly Awards
Awards are quick, item-level appreciation. You spend them on supported posts, articles, goals, events, chat messages, meeting participants, and Whiteboards when the surrounding access and Award permission allow it.
Some Abos include a monthly Award allowance. A top-up is different: it is a one-time purchase that adds lasting spendable balance without changing your Abo. The current packs are:
Purchased Awards remain available until used, while monthly Awards follow the active Abo instead of becoming a permanent stockpile. Awards you have already given remain on the recognized work even if your Abo later ends. See Award Top-ups for the balance model and when a pack is useful.
Move from Selection to Confirmed Access
You can browse prices while signed out, but you must sign in or register before buying. If you choose an offer first, Visual Space keeps that selection while it opens the authentication prompt, so you can continue with the same Abo, app, Boost, or Award pack afterward.
The purchase itself opens the checkout provided for your current platform. A successful purchase returns a confirmation for the selected product and refreshes the relevant access, Boost inventory, or Award balance. Confirmation is the useful checkpoint: check the product name, then verify that the expected benefit appears in your account before relying on it.
Occasionally, Visual Space may keep the catalog visible while purchases are temporarily unavailable. In that state, choosing an offer shows an availability message instead of opening a broken checkout. The Terms link on the Premium page provides the public purchase terms before you continue.

Review and Manage What You Have
Open Manage Subscription to see the paid access connected to your account. The page brings together your current Abo, active app subscriptions, assigned and available Boosts, and an estimated monthly total. That total covers recurring Abos, app access, and paid Boost add-ons; a one-time Award pack is not part of the monthly estimate.
Subscription management stays with the platform where the purchase was made. Web purchases open web subscription management, while iOS and Android purchases open their respective platform subscription pages. After cancellation, access continues through the current billing period, then subscription-derived benefits such as assigned storage are removed when the subscription expires.
This purchase-platform management also matters when changing access. A Contributor moving to Coordinator is asked to cancel the existing subscription before starting the new one, and overlapping standalone app subscriptions should be managed before buying a pack that already includes them. These checks help avoid two recurring purchases for the same access.

Common Questions
Does an Abo let me enter any space or private area?
No. An Abo unlocks eligible product capabilities for your account, but the space's membership, privacy, ownership, and role permissions still decide what you can reach and do.
Can I buy app access while staying on Free?
Yes. App packs and standalone app subscriptions are independent from your Abo, so they can be combined with Free, Contributor, or Coordinator.
Why can I view an app file but not edit it?
Viewing follows the file's normal space access. Creating or editing may additionally require the relevant app subscription, app pack, or Coordinator access for that workflow.
Does a Space Boost apply only to the person who bought it?
No. You own and assign the Boost, but its storage or upload-headroom effect applies to the selected space and helps members working there.
Are purchased Awards the same as monthly Abo Awards?
No. Purchased Awards are a one-time top-up that remains available until spent. Monthly Awards are an Abo benefit and follow that subscription's active lifecycle.
Why will Visual Space not let me buy an app or pack?
The requested access may already be active or included in another Abo or pack. Review your current access in Manage Subscription and manage any overlapping subscription on the platform where you purchased it.
Where do I cancel a subscription?
Use Manage Subscription, then continue to the platform that owns the purchase. A subscription can only be cancelled through the web, iOS, or Android platform where it was created.
Will cancellation remove access immediately?
No. The current management page states that access continues until the end of the billing period. Subscription-derived Boost effects are removed after the subscription expires.
