Manage Subscription brings your current recurring paid access and Space Boost inventory into one account view. Use it to understand what is active, where a Boost is helping, and which monthly products contribute to the estimate before you make a change.
The page is not a billing history, receipt list, or invoice. Final charges, taxes, receipts, and cancellation controls belong to the platform where each purchase was made.
Read Your Account Overview
The current Abo card shows whether your account is Free, Contributor, or Coordinator. App access remains separate: active standalone app subscriptions and packs appear in the App Marketplace section and can stack with your Abo.
The overview brings together three kinds of information:
This makes Manage Subscription a useful checkpoint before changing an Abo, replacing standalone apps with a pack, or ending a product that supplies a Boost. For the wider relationship between these products, see Payments, Abos, and App Access.
The active Designer Pack remains a separate subscription while its included standalone apps stay visible without duplicate purchase actions.
Understand the Monthly Estimate
At the top of the page, Total is an estimated monthly amount split into Subscriptions and Add-ons.
One-time Award packs are not recurring subscriptions, so they are not included in this monthly estimate. The estimate also does not replace a purchase-platform invoice or show earlier payments. See Space Boosts for the difference between included capacity and standalone paid add-ons.
Review and Direct Your Boosts
Boost inventory is divided by what it is doing now. Active boosts contains assigned Boosts and names the destination space. Available to assign contains Boosts that you own but have not placed in a space.
Each row shows the Boost, its destination or unassigned state, its cost label, and a relevant date. Abo-supplied capacity can show Included, while standalone storage or upload-headroom add-ons show a monthly cost. Designer Pack storage is included in the pack rather than bought separately; if its 5 GB units appear grouped with storage add-ons in the estimate, use the original purchase platform for the final billed amount. From these rows, you can assign an available Boost, move an assigned Boost to another joined space, or unassign it so it returns to available inventory.
Ending the product that supplies a Boost is different from unassigning it. Cancellation normally leaves the product active until the current billing period ends. When the subscription expires, its Boost supply is removed, including any active assignment and the extra capacity it gave that space. Review dependent spaces before the end date, then use Assign or Move a Space Boost when you need to change a destination.
Continue from Free
A Free account still has a current Abo card and can show active app subscriptions or Boost inventory. Instead of the main cancellation section, the page offers View Pricing so you can compare Contributor and Coordinator on Premium. The App Marketplace action opens the same catalog for app packs and standalone apps.
Do not assume that app-only access gives a Free user a general Cancel Subscription entry on this page. If a new purchase would overlap an active app subscription, Visual Space shows Avoid dual subscriptions, identifies what must be managed, and offers a route to the platform subscription manager before checkout can continue.
Cancel on the Purchase Platform
Visual Space does not cancel a recurring product directly. The cancellation action opens subscription management for the relevant purchase platform, and you complete the change there. A web purchase is managed through its web billing portal; an iOS or Android purchase is managed through that store's subscription page.
You keep the subscription and its access through the current billing period after cancellation. When it expires, Visual Space removes the matching paid access and subscription-derived benefits. If you bought subscriptions on more than one platform, manage each one where it was originally purchased.
Contributor and Coordinator users see the main Cancel Subscription section in Manage Subscription. A Free user with only app subscriptions does not currently receive that general entry there, although an overlap warning can open platform management when an active subscription blocks a new purchase. Change an Abo Carefully
Contributor and Coordinator are mutually exclusive Abos. Visual Space uses a conservative change path: cancel the current Abo on its purchase platform, continue using it through the remaining billing period, and start the other Abo after the first has ended. This avoids creating two active monthly subscriptions while the platforms process the change.
The same caution applies when a pack would duplicate standalone app access. An overlap warning names the active subscription or subscriptions to manage before checkout. Cancel those products on their purchase platforms and wait for the active state to update before starting the replacement.

Common Questions
Is the monthly total the amount on my next invoice?
It is an estimate based on the active Abo, active app subscriptions, and paid Boost add-ons shown by Visual Space. Use the purchase platform for invoices, receipts, taxes, and the final billed amount.
Why is an Award pack missing from the estimate?
Award packs are one-time top-ups rather than monthly subscriptions. They do not belong in the recurring monthly estimate.
Why does a Boost say Included?
That Boost is supplied by an eligible Abo or pack, so it has no separate add-on cost. It remains dependent on the subscription that supplied it.
Can I cancel directly inside Visual Space?
No. Visual Space opens subscription management, but the platform where you made the purchase owns the cancellation.
Do I lose access as soon as I cancel?
No. You normally keep access until the current billing period ends. Paid access and subscription-derived Boosts are removed when the subscription expires.
Why do I see View Pricing instead of Cancel Subscription?
The main cancellation section is shown for Contributor and Coordinator. Free users are directed to pricing, even when active app access is listed; an overlap warning can provide a management path when that access blocks another purchase.
Can I move from Contributor to Coordinator immediately?
Use the conservative change flow: cancel Contributor on its purchase platform, wait until it ends, then start Coordinator. This reduces the risk of overlapping Abo charges.
