An Abo sets your personal level of access in Visual Space. Choose Free to participate, Contributor to support the platform and receive extra benefits, or Coordinator to organize shared work.
Your Abo follows your account. A space's roles still decide what you may do inside it; buying Coordinator does not make you an owner or give you administrative permissions.
Start with Free
Free lets you join spaces, chat, post, read Docs, and take part where the space's permissions allow. You can view shared app work without necessarily having the paid access needed to create or edit it.
You can also keep Free while buying an available standalone app or Space Boost. Those purchases are separate from your Abo.
Support the Platform with Contributor
Contributor is displayed at €5 per month. It combines an ad-free experience with two benefits you can put to use:
Assigning that storage also adds 50 GB to the space's monthly outbound-transfer allowance. It is shared-space capacity rather than a personal file folder. See Space Boosts for assignment and transfer timing.
Organize Work with Coordinator
Coordinator is displayed at €12 per month. It provides the paid access used by supported coordination workflows, including Goals, Events, Whiteboards, and Retrospectives, while ordinary space permissions continue to apply.
Its included benefits are broader too: an ad-free experience, 25 monthly Awards, and 25 GB of assignable storage. Assigning the storage adds 125 GB of monthly outbound transfer to the receiving space.
Coordinator includes Whiteboard and Retrospectives access. It does not grant every app in the catalog; Canvas and Poly, for example, use separate app access. An unavailable app or pack remains unavailable even if you have Coordinator.

Use the Benefits You Already Have
Monthly Awards are refreshed rather than accumulated at renewal. A purchased Award pack is a separate balance, useful when you need more appreciation before the next allowance. Read Award Top-ups before choosing between those sources.
Included storage appears in Manage Subscription as a Boost you can assign. It does not increase a space's capacity merely because your Abo became active. You may direct it to a joined space and move it later as your needs change.
Review or Change Your Abo
Manage Subscription shows your current plan and a monthly estimate alongside app subscriptions and Boosts. Check that view before buying another offer so you know what is already active.
Contributor and Coordinator are alternative Abos. When another active subscription conflicts with a purchase, the Avoid dual subscriptions message identifies what needs managing. Complete changes on the platform where the original purchase was made, then verify your current access before starting a replacement.
Do not rely on an unchanged storage allocation during a subscription change. Review spaces using your included Boost, and check the account again after cancellation or expiration is processed. Manage or Cancel Subscriptions covers the complete review.
Common Questions
Is Contributor enough for Coordinator workflows?
No. Choose Coordinator for the supported coordination features that require it. Contributor's verified benefits are ad removal, monthly Awards, and assignable storage.
Can I use Coordinator features in every space?
Only where the normal space permissions allow the action. An Abo does not override membership, privacy, or roles.
Does the storage automatically go to my own space?
No. Assign it through Manage Subscription to a space you have joined.
Are the displayed prices the final checkout amount?
They are catalog prices. Review the charge and renewal details on the purchase platform before confirming.
