Use this guide to compare paid options on `Premium`, complete a purchase, and check that the right benefit reached your account. Visual Space offers four product families, so the best choice depends on whether you want an account membership, access to creative or engineering apps, more capacity for a space, or more Awards to give.

Choose the Outcome First

Open Premium - Choose Abos for account benefits, Apps for app access, Boosts for space resources, or Awards for a one-time top-up.

Check what you already own - Review Manage Subscription if you are unsure. Coordinator includes Whiteboard, for example, so standalone Whiteboard may duplicate access you already have.
•
Compare the selected offer - Confirm the price, benefits, and whether the product is monthly or one-time. The catalog is a guide; the purchase platform shows the final charge.

Check Availability Before Planning a Replacement
Apps has Creative, Engineering, Game Design, and Business categories. Coming Soon cards cannot be purchased, including every app pack and unfinished apps such as Blueprints and Layouts. A preview's feature list does not make it an available replacement for an existing subscription.
Apps marked Coming Soon are unavailable to buy, even when a price is displayed.

Use an available offer - Whiteboard, Canvas, and Poly have standalone monthly offers. In Boosts, only Light storage and file size are enabled; the higher capacity cards remain previews. AI Boosts have Light, Pro, and Ultra monthly offers.

Check the exact card - Boost tiers apply to three separate products, not a combined purchase. In Awards, the selector changes the number of Awards and the one-time price.

Select the purchase action - If an unavailable notice appears, no checkout has started. If an overlap warning appears, read the subscriptions it identifies before deciding what to change.
Sign In and Review Checkout

Sign in if prompted - Choose Sign In or Register. After authentication, check that the selected product still matches your intended purchase.

Review the checkout details - Confirm the product, amount, and billing cadence on the purchase platform before authorizing payment.
•
Complete or leave checkout - A completed purchase opens a product-specific confirmation. Leaving checkout does not confirm that you own the offer.
A message such as Failed to complete payment is not proof of a successful purchase. Check the purchase platform and your current account state before retrying if the outcome is unclear.
Verify the Benefit

Read the confirmation - Match its product to your selection, then choose Confirm to refresh the relevant account state.
•
Check an Abo or app - Open Manage Subscription. Current plan should show the intended Abo, and App access should list an active direct app subscription when applicable.
•
Check a Boost - Find it under Space boosts, usually in Available to assign. Assign it to a joined space before expecting storage, upload headroom, or AI credits there.
•
Check Awards - Open My awards and review your available balance after the one-time top-up.
If the expected benefit is missing, revisit the account view and allow it to load before starting another checkout. A confirmation and the correct account benefit are better evidence than an unchanged catalog card alone.

General audience totals are not linked to your account. Accepting also enables ad campaign measurement for 30 days using a separate random identifier to measure exploration, account creation and returning days. Campaign attribution can be linked to your newly created account. We do not send page addresses.
Analytics totals are kept for 13 months; general audience identifiers expire within 48 hours. Campaign attribution lasts 30 days. Reopen Cookie preferences at any time to change your choice or turn analytics off.
