Use this guide to compare paid options on `Premium`, complete a purchase, and check that the right benefit reached your account. Visual Space offers four product families, so the best choice depends on whether you want an account membership, access to creative or engineering apps, more capacity for a space, or more Awards to give.

Use this guide to compare paid options on Premium, complete a purchase, and check that the right benefit reached your account. Visual Space offers four product families, so the best choice depends on whether you want an account membership, access to creative or engineering apps, more capacity for a space, or more Awards to give.

Decide What You Want to Add

Before buying, separate the benefit you need from the permissions you already have. Paid access adds a benefit; it does not replace space access rules. Membership, private-area visibility, ownership, roles, and normal file permissions continue to apply.

Choose an Abo for account-wide membership - Contributor supports Visual Space and adds its monthly benefits. Coordinator is for organizing eligible space work and includes a broader set of benefits. Contributor and Coordinator are alternative monthly Abos, not memberships to stack.
Choose app access for creation and editing - Designer Pack, Engineer Pack, and the standalone app offers are monthly subscriptions. They can stack with any Abo, but they do not grant access to spaces or files you could not otherwise reach.
Choose a Space Boost for shared capacity - A standalone Boost is a monthly add-on that creates assignable supply. Buying it does not choose a destination or change a space yet; you assign it afterward in Manage Subscription.
Choose an Award top-up for more appreciation balance - Award packs are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions. Purchased Awards remain available until used and do not change your Abo.

See Abos, App Access, Space Boosts, and Award Top-ups when you need the full benefit comparison for one family.

Check What You Already Have

Reviewing current access first is the safest way to avoid paying twice for the same value.

Open Manage Subscription - Check your current Abo, active app subscriptions, and assigned or available Boosts. The monthly estimate combines recurring Abos, app access, and paid Boost add-ons; it does not include one-time Award packs.
Compare Abo alternatives - If Contributor or Coordinator is active, do not start the other Abo alongside it. Follow the platform-owned management path and let the current subscription end before starting its replacement.
Check included app access - Coordinator includes Whiteboard. Designer Pack includes Whiteboard, Canvas, and Poly, while Engineer Pack includes Blueprints, Layouts, and Poly. A standalone app that is already included adds no new access.
Look for standalone overlap before choosing a pack - Cancel every active standalone app subscription covered by the pack you want, then wait for the active access shown by Visual Space to update. Designer Pack and Engineer Pack can coexist because each still contributes two distinct apps, even though both include Poly.
Review My awards when considering a top-up - Check the balance you can already spend, including any monthly Abo allowance, before deciding how many additional Awards to buy.

If Visual Space shows Avoid dual subscriptions, checkout has not started. The message names the active subscriptions that conflict with your choice. Use its Cancel Subscription action to open the subscription manager for the platform that owns the purchase, complete any needed change there, and return only after the overlap is no longer active. Managing Paid Access explains the monthly overview and platform-owned changes in more detail.

Compare and Select an Offer

Open Premium - Browse Platform Roles first, then Creative Apps, Engineering Apps, Space Boosts, and Awards. The cards show the current benefits, prices, billing cadence, and purchase actions.

Platform Roles place each Abo's exact monthly price and included benefits side by side, while the active card points back to subscription management.

The Creative Apps shelf makes the standalone-versus-package choice visible and marks the Designer Pack already active for this account.

Confirm the cadence - Treat an Abo, app offer, or standalone Space Boost as a monthly recurring product. Treat an Award pack as a one-time top-up. Use the purchase platform for the final charge, taxes, terms, receipts, and later subscription management.
Match the product to the outcome - Choose the smallest offer that supplies what you need, while accounting for benefits already included in an Abo or pack. The broader relationship between the four families is covered in Payments.
Select the offer - Choose the purchase action on the relevant card. Visual Space checks sign-in state and active access before it opens checkout.

If the message Payments are not available yet appears, purchasing is temporarily unavailable and no checkout has started. The catalog and prices remain visible for comparison, but you need to return later before you can buy.

Sign In and Complete Checkout

Use Sign In or Register when prompted - Visual Space keeps the selected Abo, app offer, Boost, or Award pack while authentication opens, so you can continue with the same choice instead of finding it again.
Recheck the selected offer - Confirm that the product preview still names the offer you intended to buy. If an overlap warning appears after sign-in, manage the listed subscription instead of continuing toward duplicate access.
Review the platform checkout - Check the product and whether it is monthly or one-time before authorizing payment. The exact checkout and payment controls depend on the platform you are using.
Complete or leave checkout - Finish the purchase through that platform. Leaving or cancelling checkout does not create the paid product, so return to Premium only when you are ready to try again.

A successful purchase opens a product-specific confirmation. It identifies the Abo, app access, Space Boost, or Award pack that was bought, giving you a final checkpoint before you rely on the benefit.

Confirm and Verify the Benefit

Read the confirmation - Make sure its product card and message match the offer you completed. Do not repeat checkout simply because the benefit has not yet been checked elsewhere.
Select Confirm - Visual Space closes the confirmation, refreshes the relevant access, Boost, or Award state, and returns you to the main feed.
Verify an Abo in Manage Subscription - Check that the current role card shows Contributor or Coordinator and that the recurring estimate reflects the active Abo.
Verify app access in Manage Subscription - Check the App Marketplace area for the active Designer Pack, Engineer Pack, or standalone app subscription. The app benefit supports eligible creation or editing, while normal sharing and space permissions still decide what you can reach.
Verify a Space Boost in Manage Subscription - Find the new Boost under Available to assign. Purchase alone does not improve a space; assign the Boost to a joined space before expecting its storage or upload-headroom effect.
Verify an Award pack in My awards - Check that your available Award balance reflects the selected top-up. The increase is spendable appreciation balance, not recurring access, and it does not appear in the monthly subscription estimate.

If the expected benefit is not visible after confirmation, reopen the relevant account page and let its current state load before considering another purchase. A second checkout may create duplicate value even when the first update is not immediately apparent.

Finish with the Right Next Step

Your purchase is complete when the confirmation matches your selection and the benefit appears in its account view. From there, assign a new Boost to a space, open the app you unlocked, use the Abo features allowed by your existing space permissions, or give an Award from your refreshed balance.

For ongoing review, cancellation, or replacement of recurring access, continue with Managing Paid Access.
