Reports administration gives space owners and authorized reviewers a place to assess content concerns and manage reversible removals. Work in the space that owns the content so the rules, permissions, and decisions stay in the right context.
Open The Space's Reports Area
Open the space's Settings, then Reports. The owner has access; other reviewers need to be joined to the space and have Manage Content permission. If the entry is missing, ask the owner to check your role.

Use the current space's Reports page as your starting point. It brings together three different jobs:
Review First, Then Verify
A report is a request to assess content, not a verdict. Read the cited rule, the member's note, and the post before choosing an outcome. Add a moderator note when the reasoning would help another reviewer.

Restore Content Separately
Resolved decisions are read-only. Removing a post and later restoring it are separate content actions; restoring does not rewrite the report.
The Removed posts tab includes explicit moderation removals, including those made directly from a post menu without a report. Your current permissions and the authority recorded when the post was removed determine whether you can restore it. An author's deletion cannot be undone here.

Common Questions
Can a moderator reverse any removal?
No. A moderator can reverse a moderator removal. Admin and owner removals require the corresponding higher authority.
Do I need a report before removing content?
No. A permitted direct menu removal can appear in Removed posts without a report case.
