App access lets you create or edit supported work in a particular Visual Space app while keeping your current Abo. Paid access and sharing are separate: access supplies the tool permission, while membership and the space's rules determine which work you can reach.
The Apps tab in Premium is organized into Creative, Engineering, Game Design, and Business. Browse the category for your work, then check the availability shown on each card before comparing prices.
What You Can Choose Today
Whiteboard, Canvas, and Poly are each displayed at €5 per month as standalone subscriptions. A purchase may still be unavailable if checkout is temporarily disabled.
All four app packs—Designer, Engineer, Game Design, and Business—currently show Coming Soon and cannot be purchased. Blueprints, Layouts, Frames, Waves, PCB Editor, CFD, FEA, Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, and Ai Hub are also among the unavailable catalog products. Pixels, Stage, and Storyboard preview actions do not start a purchase either.
A preview can show a proposed price and capabilities without offering active paid access. In particular, the packs' €20 monthly display is not a route to buying a pack today. Business includes an Ai Hub preview at an estimated $20 per month; it is separate from the purchasable AI Credit Boosts used by spaces.
Apps marked Coming Soon are unavailable to buy, even when a price is displayed.
Understand Access Already on Your Account
An existing subscription may still appear in App access on Manage Subscription even when the catalog does not accept new purchases of that product. Use the account view to understand current ownership.
The supported relationships are:
These describe access already held. They do not make Coming Soon products generally available or turn every feature advertised on a pack card into an active benefit.
A standalone subscription supplies its named app. App subscriptions remain separate from Free, Contributor, or Coordinator, and changing one product does not automatically replace every other subscription.
View Shared Work and Unlock Editing
People without paid editing access can still view supported shared content where permissions allow. A workspace may show Read-only, with actions to return to files or open the relevant Premium offers.
If creation or editing asks for additional access, read the named requirement. Some workflows also need Coordinator or a space permission. Buying an app does not remove those separate requirements, grant membership, or reveal private content.
Canvas and Poly continue to develop. Judge the available workspace and current controls against your task rather than assuming that a catalog description promises every possible image or 3D workflow.
Avoid Paying Twice for the Same Access
Eligible cards identify an active subscription or show Included via when another product already covers the app. The checkout flow also checks for conflicting active subscriptions.
For example, Coordinator already supplies Whiteboard; buying standalone Whiteboard would duplicate that access. Designer Pack covers Whiteboard, Canvas, and Poly, while Engineer Pack covers Blueprints, Layouts, and Poly. Those packs may coexist as existing access because each contributes distinct apps.
When Avoid dual subscriptions appears, review every subscription it names and manage the relevant products on their original purchase platforms. The warning does not cancel anything automatically. Since packs are currently unavailable for new purchases, do not cancel working standalone access solely to replace it with a Coming Soon pack.
Common Questions
Can I buy app access without Contributor or Coordinator?
Yes, an available standalone app can be added to Free. Particular workflows can still have their own access requirements.
Why is a pack active in my account but Coming Soon in Premium?
Your existing ownership and the availability of new purchases are separate. Review active access in Manage Subscription.
Does Contributor automatically grant Whiteboard editing?
Contributor alone is not an established Whiteboard editing entitlement. The supported access comes from Coordinator, standalone Whiteboard, or an active Designer Pack.
Does an app subscription give access to someone else's private files?
No. The space's sharing and permission rules still apply.
