Goals is the main overview. It explains how article-backed goals, the active board, the backlog, responsibility, area access, completed history, and readable references fit together.
The board groups current work by status while keeping its activity and assignee visible.
Understand The Workspace
•
Board and Workflow - Learn how active work moves through customizable columns while keeping the familiar To Do, In Progress, and Done categories.
•
Backlog - Keep worthwhile future or paused work without losing its article, reference, prepared status, responsibility, or order.
•
Organizing Goals - Use assignees, space roles, color tags, activity placement, filters, and search to make a busy plan easier to understand.
•
Completed Goals - Understand the difference between Done, clearing a Done column, and deleting, then review the history or reopen work through its article status.
•
Goal References - Read and share labels such as VS-42, manage duplicate or keyless spaces, and understand access-safe unavailable references.
Follow A Goal From Idea To Result
•
Create and Develop a Goal - Choose the right area and placement, publish a clear goal, add article context, and set meaningful responsibility.
•
Organize the Board and Backlog - Shape the workflow, prepare future work, order filtered work, and understand when text search temporarily disables dragging.
•
Finish and Review Goals - Complete work, clear a Done-category column with care, and find preserved goals or return unfinished work to an active status.
•
Share a Goal in Chat - Insert the intended goal with /VS-, /VS-42, or /goal, including duplicate-key and keyless cases.
