Return And Continue
•
Session continuity - Returning users can reload or resume the app while their browser sign-in session remains active.
•
Direct links - Links can open the intended space, profile, article, activity, or live-app file instead of dropping users at the main feed. For work saved intentionally, the View Later guide explains how to return to the right place.
•
Public browsing - Signed-out visitors can explore public areas, while restricted actions explain when sign-in or space membership is needed.
•
Helpful interruptions - Missing pages, temporary limits, blocked access, and failed actions appear as clear feedback with a way forward.
Files And Media
•
Familiar file browsing - File-based live apps share one browser for spaces, areas, and folders, with clear loading, empty, and error states. The Files and Previews guide explains what opens from a file card.
•
Clear upload limits - Uploads show progress and explain when a file is too large or a space needs more storage.
•
Focused media viewing - Users can browse photos and videos in a lightbox, zoom images, open originals, and delete media when they have permission.
•
Gallery navigation - Users can move between media with thumbnails or arrow keys while keeping the selected item in view.
•
Protected media - Media from private areas and direct messages remains available only to people with access.
Saving And Recovery
•
Visible save progress - Supported live apps distinguish pending changes, uploads, saving, and confirmed saves in their background activity feedback.
•
Interrupted work - Offline, failed-save, and conflict notices help users recognize changes that still need attention.
•
Retained changes - Canvas and Pixels offer recovery actions to retry saving or resume retained changes when a document needs attention.
Release Updates
•
Read before updating - When a web update is available, users can open its release notes from the update action beside their spaces.
•
Keep your place - Closing release notes returns users to their current page, while Read article opens the full notes in another tab.
•
Choose when to reload - Reload to update lets users apply the available version after saving their work.
Feedback And People
•
Consistent reactions - Users can add or remove emoji reactions on supported content and messages, view counts, and see who reacted.
•
Quick people actions - User menus bring together profile, direct-message, space invitation, and recognition actions when each option is available.
•
Permission-aware roles - Space owners and people with role-management permission can update a member's roles from the same user menu.
Personal Preferences
•
Responsive navigation - Navigation adapts across desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts while keeping the active page in context.
•
Remembered theme - Light and dark mode changes appear immediately and return on the same device, including for signed-out visitors.
•
Account theme sync - Signed-in users can carry their saved theme preference across devices.
•
Optional analytics - Users can choose Essential only or Accept all, with essential storage available either way.
•
Review cookie choices - Manage settings explains each category, and users can reopen Cookie preferences to change their choice at any time.
•
Remembered choices - Both accepting and declining analytics are remembered on the device.

Manage Your Cookie Preferences
We use essential cookies to keep Visual Space working. Optional analytics help us understand usage, improve the app, and measure ad campaigns including registrations and return visits.
Essential storage β always active
Keeps you signed in and remembers your preferences. This stays active with either choice below.
Analytics β optional
Only if you allow it, we count page views, daily visitors and recent activity using a random daily device identifier and broad page, source, device and country categories. General audience totals are not linked to your account. Accepting also enables ad campaign measurement for 30 days using a separate random identifier to measure exploration, account creation and returning days. Campaign attribution can be linked to your newly created account. We do not send page addresses.
Analytics totals are kept for 13 months; general audience identifiers expire within 48 hours. Campaign attribution lasts 30 days. Reopen Cookie preferences at any time to change your choice or turn analytics off.
