Bring the right people into a meeting and keep the discussion moving with reactions, raised hands, and participant actions. Room management is available only to authorized members in an activity meeting.
Invite Eligible People
Review the room-scoped candidate list before selecting anyone or enabling the send action.
Activity invitations draw from eligible space members; direct-message invitations draw from that conversation's participants. You and people already in the room are omitted. An invitation never grants private-area or conversation access.
If the list is empty, clear the search and check who is already present. If sending fails, review the current selection and retry when the connection is available.
Confirm The Room And Take Turns
Check the participant list or stage as people join. Presence indicators help you see who is speaking, muted, using a camera, or sharing a screen.
The participant list and meeting action rail establish where invitation, participation, and room-management work begins.
You can open a participant's profile for identity and context. In an activity room, Give award may also be available for another current participant; follow its dialog to choose the Award and quantity.
Manage An Activity Participant
The space owner or a member with chat-management permission can mute or remove another participant. Direct-message calls do not have these space-role controls.
The activity-room menu reflects current permission and microphone state before any participant action is chosen.
For access changes beyond the current room, use the space's member-management guidance. Do not treat a meeting kick as a space ban.
Finish The Discussion
Leave with the red Leave meeting control when you are done. Closing the stage keeps the call running, and another participant can remain after you leave.
See Participation and room management for permissions and Award boundaries, or Keep working during a meeting if you want to continue beside the call.
