Visual Space manual, Notifications, Review And Open Notifications

Use this guide when you want to catch up on important activity and return to the work behind each notice. You will open the global Notification Center, identify what arrived since your last check, and confirm that the rows you choose lead to the expected destination.

Catch up on responses to your work and other important updates, then leave a clear read history for your next visit. You need to be signed in and have access to the work you want to open.

Review What Arrived

Open Notifications - Choose Notifications in the tools bar. Wait for the list to finish loading before judging whether there is anything to review.

Scan the highlights - Read the newest unread cards, using their titles, people, and space context to decide what deserves attention. Opening or scrolling the list leaves them unread.

Expand a busy summary - Open a grouped family card. For comments or reactions, select the count or chevron beside a post or message to reveal who responded and what they wrote or reacted with. Awards expand directly into individual notices.

Load older detail - Use Load more for additional events or inbox cards. A summary count can include events that have not loaded on screen yet.


Expand a notification family to inspect the items behind its total.

A content title and its expansion control do different jobs: the title opens the work; the count or chevron shows the events. This lets you check a quick reaction without leaving the panel, then open a conversation when you want to respond.

Open the Work That Matters

Choose the destination - Select the post, article, or message title you want to review. Space-area and role notices lead to the relevant feed, while staff replies lead to your private staff conversation.

Check the context - Confirm the title and space or Chat match the notice, especially if several places use similar names. Your current permissions still apply.

Read official updates - A Terms notice opens the policy page. An article-backed Visual Space update opens a focused reader; close it to return to your previous screen.

Return to the list - Open Notifications again to continue. This also requests the current list, which helps when new comments or reactions have not yet appeared.

For Originals production notices, the destination is the relevant item in Originals Studio. A promotional notice follows its own action; opening an offer is separate from redeeming it.

Finish the Catch-Up

Select Mark all as read when you are ready to acknowledge the inbox. This includes older entries beyond the page you loaded, so browse further first if you want to inspect them before marking them read.

Wait for saving to finish. If the action fails, the old unread state returns with feedback and you can retry. Successful acknowledgement preserves the entries in read history. Later comments, reactions, and other supported updates appear as new unread activity.

If you want to delete history instead, use the delete icon labeled Clear all notifications. It removes account-wide notice history, including older pages, while leaving the source content and future delivery choices intact. Current monthly-transfer notices can remain because they describe live Space state.

If Something Is Missing

The panel says No notifications.

Loading finished with no entries in this center. Check Chat or Direct Messages separately for conversation messages, mentions, and replies.

The panel says Could not load notifications.

Choose Try again. Do not interpret an unsuccessful load as an empty inbox.

A notice does not open.

The content may be unavailable or your access may have changed. Visit the named area directly if you recognize it. The notice cannot restore removed content or missing permissions.

The same kind of notice keeps returning.

Change future delivery through Notification preferences in the panel menu. Manage Notification Preferences explains how to mute one family everywhere or in an exact area.
