Prepare for the Change

Subscription management belongs to the platform where you originally made each purchase. Before you cancel or replace anything, identify whether it came from the web, iOS, or Android. If you use Visual Space on more than one platform, open it on the original purchase platform before following a subscription-management action. The destination can depend on the platform you are currently using.

Also decide what you want to change and what must continue working. A Contributor or Coordinator Abo can supply monthly Awards and assignable storage, while an app pack can supply app access and, in some cases, storage Boosts. Check any space that depends on an assigned Boost before ending its source subscription.

Review Your Recurring Access

Open Manage Subscription - Go to your account settings and select Manage Subscription.

Check the current Abo - Confirm whether the account shows Free, Contributor, or Coordinator. Contributor and Coordinator are mutually exclusive recurring Abos; Free is the baseline rather than a paid subscription.

Read the monthly estimate - Compare Total, Subscriptions, and Add-ons. Subscriptions combines a paid Abo with active app packs and standalone app subscriptions. Add-ons counts standalone paid Space Boosts.

Review App Marketplace - Look through the active cards under App Marketplace. These identify the packs and standalone apps currently linked to your account. The App Marketplace action returns to the full Premium catalog when you need to compare a replacement.

Inspect Boost inventory - Under Active boosts, note each assigned Boost and its destination space. Under Available to assign, note the Boosts you own but have not assigned. A row marked Included does not add a separate Boost charge; it still depends on the Abo or pack that supplied it.

Review active app cards and Boost inventory together before preparing a cancellation or replacement.

The total is an estimate of recurring monthly access, not an invoice or billing history. One-time Award packs are excluded. Purchased Awards remain a separate spendable balance and are not part of Subscriptions or Add-ons.

Cancel a Contributor or Coordinator Abo

The main Cancel Subscription section appears in Manage Subscription only when the current Abo is Contributor or Coordinator.

Open the cancellation section - Scroll past the access and Boost overview to Cancel Subscription.

•

Confirm the platform - Make sure you are using the web, iOS, or Android platform where the Abo was originally purchased. If not, switch to that platform first.

Continue to subscription management - Select Cancel Subscription. Visual Space opens the management surface for the active platform; complete the cancellation there.

Check the platform result - Confirm that the subscription is scheduled to end. Use that platform for the final renewal date, billed amount, receipts, and any platform-specific confirmation.

Cancellation does not normally remove access at once. You can continue using the Abo through the current billing period. When the subscription expires, its paid access ends and its subscription-derived Boost supply is removed. If one of those Boosts was assigned, the destination space loses that extra capacity at expiration.

A Free user with app subscriptions does not currently see this main cancellation section. Use the overlap path below when an existing app subscription conflicts with a planned replacement, or manage the app subscription directly on its original purchase platform.

Resolve an Overlapping App Subscription

Visual Space stops a purchase when the requested app or pack would duplicate access you already pay for. For example, a standalone app can conflict with a pack that includes it. The two packs may coexist when each still contributes distinct apps.

Open the catalog - From Manage Subscription, select App Marketplace and choose the app or pack you want next.

•

Read the warning - If Avoid dual subscriptions appears, review every active subscription it names. A pack can overlap more than one standalone app, so do not act on only the first item.

Open the owning platform - Use Cancel Subscription in the warning while running Visual Space on the platform that originally sold the conflicting subscription. If the listed products came from different platforms, manage each one on its own original platform.

Cancel the duplicate access - In the platform's subscription manager, cancel the standalone app or other conflicting product. Do not start the replacement while the old access still appears active.

Wait for the active state to update - Return to Manage Subscription and refresh or revisit the page until the old app card is no longer active. Then return to App Marketplace and start the replacement.

This warning protects against paying twice for substantially the same app access. It does not cancel subscriptions automatically, and it does not mean a new pack has already started.

Move from Contributor to Coordinator

Use a conservative transition so two Abos are not active while the purchase platforms process the change.

Cancel Contributor - Follow the Contributor or Coordinator cancellation flow above on the original purchase platform.

•

Keep working through the period - Contributor access and its included benefits continue until the displayed end of the current billing period.

•

Verify expiration - Return to Manage Subscription after that date and confirm that the current Abo is Free and the Contributor-supplied Boosts are no longer listed.

Start Coordinator - Open Premium, choose Coordinator, complete checkout, and wait for Manage Subscription to show Coordinator as the current Abo.

The same sequence applies when moving in the other direction: let the existing paid Abo end before starting its replacement. Review Abos before changing tiers if you need to compare the access, monthly Awards, and assignable storage included with each one.

Replace a Standalone App with a Pack

Compare the coverage - Check App Access to confirm which apps the target pack includes.

•

Manage every conflict - Use the Avoid dual subscriptions warning to identify and cancel all overlapping standalone app subscriptions on their original purchase platforms.

Wait for removal - Confirm in Manage Subscription that the standalone app cards have disappeared from the active App Marketplace list.

•

Buy the pack - Return to the catalog and start the pack only after the overlap is cleared.

•

Review included benefits - Confirm the new active app card and inspect Available to assign for any storage Boost supplied by the pack.

Verify the Completed Result

After a cancellation, expiration, or replacement, use Manage Subscription as the account checkpoint.

Confirm the current Abo - The card should show the expected Free, Contributor, or Coordinator state.

•

Confirm app access - The active App Marketplace cards should include the products you kept or added and exclude subscriptions that have expired.

Recheck the estimate - Subscriptions should reflect the remaining Abo and app access. Add-ons should reflect only standalone paid Boosts. Award packs should still be absent from the monthly total.

Recheck Active boosts - Verify that spaces still have the capacity you intended to keep. A Boost supplied by an expired subscription should no longer appear or affect its former space.

Recheck Available to assign - If a new Abo or pack includes storage, confirm that its unassigned supply appears here before assigning it to a space.
