`Manage Subscription` brings your current recurring paid access and Space Boost inventory into one account view. Use it to understand what is active, where a Boost is helping, and which monthly products contribute to the estimate before you make a change. The page is **not a billing history, receipt list, or invoice**. Final charges, taxes, receipts, and cancellation controls belong to the platform where each purchase was made.

Manage Subscription is the place to review your current Abo, active app access, and Space Boost inventory before making a change. Open it from your account settings.

The page answers what is active and where your Boosts are assigned. For receipts, final charges, renewal dates, and subscription changes, use the platform where you made the purchase.

Read Your Current Plan and App Access

Current plan identifies Free, Contributor, or Coordinator. A Free account can still have paid app access or separate Boosts; those products do not automatically upgrade the Abo.

The App access section lists active standalone subscriptions and packs. Choose Browse app marketplace to compare the catalog. All app packs currently show Coming Soon for new purchases, even if an existing pack is listed on your account.

Manage Subscription separates account access from Boosts assigned to spaces or available to assign.

Use the Monthly Total as an Estimate

The page separates the estimate into Subscriptions and Add-ons:

•
Subscriptions covers the paid Abo and active app subscriptions or packs.
•
Add-ons reflects paid Boost inventory using the current catalog amounts.
•
A Boost labeled Included has no separate amount added for that row.

The total is calculated from current displayed prices. It is not an invoice, a history of payments, or a calculation of store discounts, taxes, or partial months. One-time Award packs are excluded. Expired or refunded AI periods also contribute no amount to the monthly estimate.

An existing pack's included storage can appear as ordinary storage rows, so do not infer a separate charge from every displayed row. Check the original purchase platform when reconciling an actual payment.

Review Space Boosts

Assigned to spaces lists Boosts currently helping a space. Available to assign lists the ones without a destination. Each row provides its allowance, destination or unassigned state, cost or status, and date.

Use Assign to place an available Boost, Move to choose another joined space, or Unassign to return it to inventory. Buy more boosts opens the Boosts catalog. These assignment actions do not cancel a recurring purchase.

An AI Boost with Paid period ended or Refunded can remain visible without usable credits. Moving that row does not renew or replenish it. Space Boosts explains the different storage, upload, transfer, and AI-credit effects.

Open the Subscription Manager

Accounts with a paid Abo, active paid app access, or paid Boosts can see Manage or cancel subscription, including people whose Abo is Free. Select Open subscription manager to continue with the payment provider.

Use Visual Space on the platform where the purchase was originally made:

•
Web opens the web billing portal.
•
iOS opens Apple's subscription management.
•
Android opens Google Play's subscription management.

Opening the manager does not itself cancel anything. Complete the desired change there, then return to Visual Space and verify the resulting account state. If products came from different platforms, review each on its original platform.

Plan Around Changes in Access

Before ending a product, identify its dependencies: the tools you use, the monthly Awards it supplies, and any assigned storage. Abo or app access and non-AI Boost benefits can be removed when cancellation or expiration is processed, so verify their current state after the change instead of assuming every product follows the same timing.

AI Boosts have a distinct paid-period rule: ordinary unsubscribe leaves the remaining credits usable until the period ends. Refunds and expiry can make them unavailable; see Space Boosts.

When a new purchase conflicts with existing access, Avoid dual subscriptions identifies what needs managing. It neither cancels the old product nor buys the new one. Do not cancel an available app only to discover that the pack you wanted is still Coming Soon.

Common Questions

Can I manage paid apps while my Abo is Free?

Yes. Active paid app access or paid Boosts can make the subscription-manager section available independently of a paid Abo.

Does Unassign stop a Boost's charges?

No. It removes the destination. Manage the subscription on the original purchase platform to stop renewal.

Why is the total different from my receipt?

It uses current catalog prices as an estimate. The purchase platform owns actual billing amounts and receipts.

What if the portal cannot open?

Follow the support message if one appears, or use the original purchase platform's subscription controls. An error does not confirm a cancellation.

Use Manage or Cancel Subscriptions for the review and verification sequence.
