Visual Space manual, Profiles, Save And Return To Content
Use this guide to set aside useful content, find it again from your personal saved list, and remove the reminder when you are finished. Save useful content, organize it into a collection, and return to the source without losing your place in today's work. Sign in first: View Later belongs to your account.
Save Something Worth Returning To

Open the item menu - On a supported post, article, event, goal, or document, choose View Later. In My Docs, the equivalent action is Read Later. Some chat media viewers also offer a save action for their source message.

Open the saved panel - Choose View Later in the tools slimbar.

Confirm the bookmark - Wait for loading to finish, then find the item's title or preview. If saving reported an error, do not assume the bookmark was accepted.
Open View Later to return to saved content without searching for it again.
Give A Topic Its Own Collection
You can leave occasional bookmarks in the permanent View Later group. Create a separate collection when it makes a project or reading list easier to find.

Choose Add collection - Open the panel heading menu and select Add collection.

Name it clearly - Enter a name such as Design research, up to 100 characters. The name View Later is reserved.
•
Save the collection - Confirm the form and check that the new heading appears. A failed save keeps the name available for correction or retry.

Move the bookmark - Drag it onto the new collection's heading or body. On touch layouts, start with a long press. Check that it appears in the destination and no longer in the previous group.
You can also save supported documents or chat attachments directly by dropping them into a collection. The original stays where it is. Collapsed and empty collection areas can still serve as destinations.
Return To The Source

Expand the collection - Open its heading if the saved rows are collapsed.

Select the item - Articles, posts, goals, and events open their content page. Documents open the containing Documents area, where you may still need to locate the exact file or folder.

Check saved chat context - A supported chat bookmark opens its conversation or topic using the saved message link. Access to that conversation is still required.
If the original was removed or you no longer have access, the bookmark cannot restore it. Remove an obsolete reference when it no longer helps.
Share A Link When Useful

Open an activity chat - Make sure its message composer is available to you.
•
Drag an eligible bookmark into the composer - A supported item inserts a labeled link into the message draft.
•
Review and send - Check the link and add any context before sending. Dropping the item never sends a message on its own.
Tidy Up
•
Remove one bookmark - Open its saved-item menu and choose Remove from View Later.
•
Clear a collection - Choose Clear collection to remove all its bookmarks while keeping the group.
•
Delete an unused custom collection - Move any bookmarks you want to keep, then choose Delete collection. The heading and its remaining bookmarks are removed together.
These actions leave the original content untouched. The permanent View Later group remains available even after you clear it.
