Use this walkthrough to add durable published articles to a space Wiki, confirm that each page appears in the right place, and remove a Wiki placement without changing the source article.
Before You Curate
You need to be the space owner or have the Manage Content permission in that space. Wiki curation is available from the normal article and Documents menus, so you do not arrange pages from inside Wiki itself.
Choose a published article that belongs to the current space. Wiki accepts published article documents only. Draft articles, folders, uploaded files, and other app files do not offer a Wiki action and cannot become Wiki pages.
If the article still needs editing or publication, finish that work first. Authoring and Publishing explains the article lifecycle.
Add A Published Page
The visible membership changes only after Visual Space confirms the request. If the add fails, the menu keeps the earlier Add to Wiki state rather than presenting an unconfirmed result.
Check the published source and owning space before choosing the available Wiki action.
Verify The Page In Wiki
Wiki membership and Documents placement are separate choices. Adding a page selects it for the knowledge collection; it does not move the article, create a Wiki folder, or change the audience that can read it.
Verification happens in the current Documents-derived branch; Wiki does not create a second placement for the page.
For the complete reader journey, see Browse and Read a Wiki.
Let Documents Control Placement
Use Documents whenever the source article needs a new location or a clearer title. Wiki reads the article's current title, space area, parent folder, and folder ancestry instead of storing its own arrangement.
There is no separate Wiki synchronization step. A curated page follows moves and renames automatically, including changes to the folders above it. Organizing Documents covers the source placement workflow and inherited access rules.
Keep Wiki And Expo Decisions Separate
Wiki is an article-only knowledge tree. Expo is a visual showcase that accepts a broader range of published work. An article can belong to either collection, both collections, or neither.
Choosing Add to Wiki does not add the article to Expo. Removing it from Wiki does not remove an independent Expo placement. Review each menu state separately when the two surfaces serve different discovery goals.
After a successful curation change, reopen the source menu and confirm Wiki independently from Expo.
Remove A Wiki Placement
Removing a page from Wiki removes only its curated membership. It does not move, unpublish, or delete the source article, and it does not change its normal Documents location or an independent Expo placement.
If The Result Is Not What You Expected
What You Have Changed
The Wiki now includes only the published article pages the space has deliberately selected, arranged by their current Documents locations. Continue with the Wiki overview when you need the complete reading, navigation, and version-one boundaries.
