Layouts is Coming Soon. There is no currently available public Layouts publication workflow. The earlier version of this guide described a preview editor and should not be used to decide whether a plan is saved or ready to publish.

Share an Existing Plan

If you already have a finished image or document, you can share that file through Docs. Choose the space area where the intended readers can access it, and check the file after upload.

For a plan that still needs discussion, use an available workspace such as Whiteboards or Stage. Follow that app's saving and access guidance before sharing its link.

An uploaded image gives readers a visual reference. It does not become an editable Layouts document.

Before Looking for Publish

The Coming Soon label in Apps is the current availability check. Layouts also cannot be purchased yet, so an Abo or app purchase is not a way to enable its publishing workflow.
