Build A Place
•
Spatial sketches - Arrange blocks, colored regions, walls, doors and windows to explain a space before committing to detailed models.
•
Objects and references - Add props, image cutouts and imported models, including saved Poly scenes, to give the composition scale and context.
•
Notes in place - Place text, sticky notes, pictures and galleries beside the objects they explain, and draw lines or paths through the scene.
•
Scene organization - Group related objects, adjust their position and size, and hide or lock parts while working on another area.
Shape The Landscape
•
Terrain sculpting - Raise, lower, smooth and flatten terrain, with brush size and strength controls for broad forms or smaller details.
•
Heightmap editing - Import elevation images or open a heightmap in Canvas, preview the terrain changes, then apply or cancel the result.
•
Caves and planting - Shape cave openings and place vegetation individually or with a planting brush.
•
Water and flow - Paint water, lava, energy or oil, adjust their appearance and direction, or fill terrain to a chosen water level.
•
Materials and sunlight - Apply surface textures, distinguish gentle slopes from cliffs, and adjust sunlight, shadows and the sky.
Frame And Render
•
Saved cameras - Capture named viewpoints, choose perspective or orthographic framing, and adjust the image proportions without losing the regular editing view.
•
Mood references - Assemble text, article references and images into a mood brief to guide the scene's visual direction.
•
AI render conversation - Combine a chosen camera view, the scene's article and a mood brief with a prompt, then follow progress or stop generation.
•
Saved render gallery - Revisit generated images and captured scene views, continue an eligible render conversation, and find its images in Docs.
Review And Refine
•
Alternative designs - Compare up to three alternatives and step through an ordered scene sequence to explain different arrangements.
•
Walkthrough views - Explore the scene at eye level or switch between wireframe, solid, material and rendered views while reviewing the design.
•
Connected discussion - Open the scene's linked article and comments to keep the visual work beside its explanation and feedback.
•
Save and return - Reopen saved scenes, undo local edits, see saving or recovery states, and retry retained work when a save cannot finish.
Availability
•
Scene access - The scene author can edit; other signed-in members with access to its space area can view the scene.
•
AI allowance - Rendering requires an available model, remaining space AI credits and permission to use them; Stage shows the current allowance.
•
Interaction planning - Triggers, timers, crowds and movement paths record intended behavior; they do not run a simulation or automatically move scene objects.
