Layouts is marked Coming Soon. Its entry in Apps does not currently open a public workspace, and the Layouts product cannot be purchased yet.
You do not need to change your space role or buy an Abo to resolve this state. Coming Soon means the app is not available for this workflow yet.

Common Questions
Why does Apps show Layouts if I cannot open it?
The Coming Soon entry introduces a planned app. Its presence in the launcher does not mean drawing, saving, export, or publication is ready for public use.
Can I buy Layouts to unlock it?
No. The Layouts product is also marked Coming Soon and cannot be purchased.
Can I follow the older drawing and publishing guides?
Those guides described an earlier preview. They have been updated with the current availability and alternatives. Do not rely on the older editor controls or saving instructions as a current workflow.
Where should I start instead?
The Live Apps overview helps you choose an available workspace. If you already have a finished plan image, Docs explains how to keep it with the relevant work.
