Use the Polls library to find a poll in its area and organize documents when your role allows it. Moving or deleting a card changes shared content, so first confirm that you are working in the intended space.
Find the Poll
Close Folder returns to the selected area's root. It does not step back one folder at a time.
Select the Documents You Mean to Change
On desktop, use Ctrl or Cmd while clicking to toggle individual cards. Use Shift to select a visible range, or drag a rectangle from empty grid space. Clicking empty space without a modifier clears the selection.
A menu or drag started on a selected card applies to the selected group. Starting on an unselected card targets that card alone. Recheck the selection before using Delete or beginning a move.
Move Within the Same Space
Press Escape to cancel an active drag. The library does not use a cross-space drag as a move, and a folder cannot be moved inside itself.
Rename, Delete, or Just Save for Later
Open the item menu to see the actions available to your account. Authors and the space owner can receive Rename and Delete for eligible documents. Rename works on a single selection; bulk deletion is available only when every selected item is manageable.
Delete removes the underlying document. If your aim is only to clear a personal reminder, use Remove View Later instead. If your aim is to change the poll question or choices, open the article editor and review the effect on votes before editing.
Saving changes to a published poll's option set clears its votes. Library organization is therefore a different task from revising the choices people are answering.
