Choose Your Abo

•
Free participation - The Payments guide distinguishes free participation from paid access. Free users can join spaces, chat, post, read Docs, and view shared app work where space permissions allow.
•
Contributor Abo - For EUR 4.99 per month, users get an ad-free experience, 10 monthly awards, and 10 GB of assignable space storage.
•
Coordinator Abo - For EUR 11.99 per month, users can organize space work with Goals, Events, Meetings, Whiteboards, and Retrospectives.
•
More included benefits - Coordinator also removes ads and includes 25 monthly awards plus 25 GB of assignable space storage.
•
Permissions still apply - An Abo unlocks eligible tools but never replaces a space's membership, privacy, ownership, or role rules.



Add Creative And Engineering Apps

Designer Pack - For EUR 8.99 per month, users get Whiteboard, Canvas, Poly, and 20 GB of assignable space storage.
•
Engineer Pack - For EUR 11.99 per month, users get Blueprints, Layouts, and Poly for technical design work.
•
Standalone apps - Whiteboard costs EUR 3.99 monthly, Canvas EUR 4.99, Layouts EUR 5.99, and Blueprints or Poly EUR 6.99 each.
•
Flexible access - App packages and standalone apps can be combined with Free, Contributor, or Coordinator without changing the user's Abo.
•
Paid creation - When creation or editing needs paid app access, Visual Space shows which app or package will unlock it.
•
Shared viewing - Users without paid app access can still view shared app work where normal space permissions allow.



Boost A Space

•
Included storage - Contributor, Coordinator, and Designer Pack each provide storage that users can assign to a joined space.
•
Extra storage - A standalone EUR 4.99 monthly Boost adds 5 GB of storage for shared files and media.
•
Upload headroom - A separate EUR 4.99 monthly Boost adds 5 MB to the space-wide upload limit without bypassing available storage.
•
Easy reassignment - Users can assign an available Boost, move it to another joined space, or return it to their available balance.
•
Space-wide benefit - Everyone uploading to the space benefits from an assigned Boost, not only the person who bought it.
•
Benefits follow access - When an Abo or Boost ends, its assigned storage or upload benefit is removed from the space.

Top Up Awards

•
One-time packs - Users can buy 5 awards for EUR 2.99, 10 for EUR 4.99, or 20 for EUR 7.99.
•
Lasting balance - Purchased awards remain available until used, while monthly awards stay separate and follow the active Abo.
•
Award history - Awards already given remain visible if an Abo later ends.

Sign in first - Users sign in or register before buying, and Visual Space remembers the offer they selected.

Clear confirmation - A successful purchase confirms the chosen Abo, app, Boost, or award pack and refreshes the account's access.

Overlap protection - Visual Space blocks purchases already covered by an active Abo or app package and explains what to manage first.
•
Account overview - Users can review their current Abo, app access, assigned Boosts, available Boosts, and an estimated monthly total in one place.
•
Subscription management - Users manage cancellation through the platform used for purchase and keep access through the current billing period.
•
Honest availability - Prices remain visible when purchasing is temporarily unavailable, with a clear message instead of a broken checkout.
