Open The Showcase

Choose the area first - Open the space, subspace, or activity whose work you want to explore. You can browse Expo only when you can access that area.

Open Expo - Choose Expo from the Apps menu. You can also follow the Expo preview from an area's About page when it is available.

Check the heading - Confirm that the name beneath Expo matches the space, subspace, or activity you intended to visit. This context determines which showcased items appear.
The heading establishes the current scope; the contributor preview, showcase tiles, and All Docs handoff remain visible together.
Understand What The Current Expo Includes
Expo follows the space hierarchy, so moving up or down changes the breadth of the showcase:

At an activity - You see items added from that activity only. Use this view for the most focused collection.
•
At a subspace - You see items added from the subspace and from its activities. This is useful when you want the highlights from one branch of a space.
•
At the space - You see showcased items from across the space, including its subspaces and activities. Use this view for the broadest collection.
An item that appears at the space level may therefore come from a more specific area. If a result feels too broad, return to the relevant subspace or activity and open Expo there.
Explore The Showcased Work

Scan the tiles - Use the title and thumbnail to choose an item. Articles and posts may use an image from their content; an Expo icon can appear when no preview image is available.

Open a source item - Select a tile to leave the showcase and open the original item. Its source page is where you can read the complete content and use the actions available to you.
•
Discover contributors - Review the contributor cards to learn who has helped create visible work. Choose View All when you want the full contributor page.
Treat the contributor preview as context for the wider space, not as a separate leaderboard guaranteed to match the current subspace or activity. The showcased item grid is the reliable guide to the current area's scope.
Switch To The Complete Library

Choose All Docs - Use All Docs in the Expo header when you need the full Documents library for the space instead of a curated selection.
•
Search beyond the highlights - Browse Documents for work that has not been added to Expo, then return to Expo when you want the shorter showcase again.
Expo is intentionally selective. A missing item can still exist in Documents even when it does not appear in the showcase.
When The Page Looks Incomplete
•
Allow the page to finish loading - Faded contributor cards or document tiles can appear while Expo is loading. If they remain, the current area may not have showcased work yet.

Move the pointer on desktop - Expo can temporarily hide side panels after the pointer has been idle. Moving the pointer restores the navigation controls.
•
Confirm your access and area - If Expo does not open or the results are not what you expected, verify that you can access the area and that its name appears in the header.
You have finished when the header shows the intended area, the showcased items match the expected hierarchy, and a selected tile opens its source. If you are the space owner, continue with Curate Expo.
