Wiki gives each space a focused home for durable published knowledge. Maintainers curate existing articles while readers browse a clear tree grounded in the space's current Documents organization.

Curate Published Knowledge

Published articles only - Space owners and members with Manage Content permission can add or remove published articles through article and Documents menus. The Wiki curation guide follows this collection workflow.

Independent collection - Wiki membership stays separate from Expo, so an article can belong to either collection, both collections, or neither.

•

Source stays intact - Removing an article from Wiki leaves its publication state, Documents location, and independent Expo placement unchanged.

Apps menu access - Readers open Wiki from the space Apps menu, where it appears immediately after Expo.

•

Space-wide structure - The expandable tree organizes curated pages through the space, its subspaces and activities, and relevant Documents folders. The Wiki tree guide explains how readers open and follow that structure.

Article leaves - Space areas and folders expand to orient readers, while only article leaves open content.

•

Current placement - Article and folder moves or renames in Documents appear in Wiki on its next load without separate Wiki organization.

Familiar reader - Selecting an article opens the existing reader while the Wiki tree replaces the normal article index on the left.

Existing About panel - The current About panel remains available on the right while readers move through curated pages.

Focused first version - Wiki has no folder landing pages, related-pages view, dedicated Wiki panel, or alternate launch point.
