Roles let a Space divide responsibility without forcing every community into the same staff structure. A film collective might use `Producer` and `Review Lead`; a study group might prefer `Facilitator` and `Curriculum Maintainer`. Each name represents a bundle of capabilities that can be reused for several members and, when needed, limited to a particular part of the Space.

Member administration helps a Space welcome people, understand who has joined, and hand over ownership when responsibility changes. It brings several related states into view, but it does not turn them into one kind of access.

Space Administration helps owners and trusted managers shape the shared community without confusing Space-wide settings with personal Preferences. Use these pages to choose the right authority, invite people, maintain access, and make high-impact changes carefully.

The Activities panel is the working map of a space. It keeps subspaces, activities, update signals, and nearby document folders within reach while the main workspace changes between Feed, Chat, Documents, Meetings, Goals, Events, and other available apps.

An About page explains a space area before the reader commits to its day-to-day work. It brings identity, purpose, useful activity, and a path into deeper context together in one quieter view.

Use a space-scoped search when you know which community owns the work but not exactly where it lives. You will keep one query inside the current space, refine its accessible results, and then broaden the same search to **Global** when you need a wider view.

Use this walkthrough when you remember a filename, folder, or Visual Space document but not exactly where it lives. You will narrow Search to the Docs family, compare document and media matches, and open the right item in the Documents context available to you.

Use Global Search when you remember a name, phrase, or topic but not which space or content type owns it. This walkthrough helps you search broadly, narrow only when the results give you a reason, open the best match, and return to the same search session.

Search can look across Visual Space or stay within the space you are currently using. That choice changes the range of a query, but it never opens content that you could not already read. This distinction matters most when a familiar item is missing. The active scope may be too narrow, or your current access may not include the space, area, or conversation that owns the item. Search keeps both boundaries visible and applies them together.

Search gives you one place to discover accessible communities, people, conversations, and shared work across Visual Space. Enter a phrase once, then explore matching spaces, posts and articles, goals, events, Docs, messages, or profiles without first guessing which module owns them.
