Articles administration helps space owners and maintainers make published work easier to discover through Wiki, Expo, or Space Pins and respond carefully when a member reports a post. These guides cover only customer-facing, space-scoped controls.

Publishing makes an article available to its intended audience. Curation helps that audience discover especially useful work, while moderation gives space maintainers a separate way to review reported feed content. These responsibilities may involve the same article and post, but they solve different problems and have different consequences.

This walkthrough reshapes a busy Activities panel without losing the work attached to it. You will prioritize Subspaces, move Activities into the right groups, archive inactive work, and verify the member-facing result.

Wiki gives each space a focused home for durable published knowledge. Maintainers curate existing articles while readers browse a clear tree grounded in the space's current Documents organization.

Whiteboards turn ideas into shared visual plans without disconnecting them from the rest of a space. Each board stays available through Docs, meetings, comments, and its home area.

Rankings helps you discover the people making a visible difference in a space or one of its supported areas. Use this guide to understand what a contributor position means, explore the full list, or continue to a person's profile and public work.

View Later gives signed-in users one personal place to keep useful work from across Visual Space and return when the timing is better. It is part of the private side of [Profiles](profiles.md): saving an item does not add it to your public profile, move it, edit it, or republish it.

Use this guide to understand the Medal recognition on another member's profile, inspect a saved certificate, and give a Medal when their contribution deserves a lasting record. **Awards and Medals mark different moments.** Awards are quick item-level appreciation. Medals are rare lasting recognition of a person, backed by an issuing space and preserved in a certificate. For the wider recognition model, read [Profile Recognition](../profile-recognition.md).

Use this guide to set aside useful content, find it again from your personal saved list, and remove the reminder when you are finished. View Later works with supported posts, articles, documents, files, folders, events, and goals. For the feature’s scope and privacy boundaries, read [View Later](../view-later.md).

Use this guide to review the people you blocked from Direct Messages and remove a block when you are ready. The list belongs to your signed-in account and is separate from notification preferences.
